Meet Your Guides
Together, Victoria and Barbara bring over six decades of combined experience in pre- and perinatal wisdom, conscious birth, and lineage-based healing. Victoria has been apprenticing under Barbara’s guidance for the past seven years, honoring her as the elder and mentor who has shaped her path as a birth keeper. In this collaboration, they model the essential generational support that every family needs and innately deserves — the very foundation upon which Luminous Birth is built.

With over 25 years experience in early childhood education and 30+ more years working as a birth-worker,
Barbara is an elder, mentor and teacher dedicated to preserving birth and family wisdom. She teaches various transformational trainings at The Sacred Birthing School including the 18- week Birth Doula & Preconception Course, Level II Doula Course, Men’s Role in Birthing, MotherBaby Massage, Birthing The Next Generation, and a Death Doula Course.

With a decade devoted to supporting women and couples through the child-bearing continuum, Victoria Rose authentically weaves pre- and perinatal psychology with sacred birthing wisdom. Birthkeepers are the True Guardians of Planetary Health
In a world where birth has been forgotten, where elders are few and tradition has faded, we are being called home — to remember what it truly means to midwife life, lineage, and love.
Mothers, babies, and families are moving through life’s greatest thresholds without the steadying presence of true elders — without the embodied wisdom that once protected pregnancy, skill-fully tended birth, and held parents as they crossed into new life chapters of identity and relationship.
Without this continuity of care, we see the consequences everywhere: rising pregnancy complications, traumatic births, postpartum depression, strained partnerships, and families struggling to grow through life’s challenges without support.
Information alone cannot correct this.
