3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital and coaching services, we do not offer refunds, as stated in our FAQs. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

• Payments must be made in full at checkout.

• If using an installment plan, you agree to pay all amounts as per the agreed schedule.

• Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to our programs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, branding, and digital products, is owned by Luminous Birth and protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any personal, business, or financial decisions you make as a result of our programs. Our services are educational and informational in nature.
